  • Creating a Quality Workplace Environment: Addresses workplace design, occupant services, health, safety, security, and fostering well-being.

  • Implementing Practices to Support Performance: Focuses on employee engagement, risk management, using data to improve the workplace, and leadership in adapting to new work models.
