This five-day Vibration Analysis course, with review and optional exam, is intended for people who are confident with spectrum analysis, but who wish to push on and learn more about signal processing; time waveform and phase analysis; cross channel testing; machine dynamics; fault correction; and more. The key is that with the VCAT-III course, you will transition from being a vibration analyst who should be supervised to a person who is capable of running the program, being a senior consultant, solving difficult problems, and taking a leadership role. If you wish to truly advance in vibration analysis and be able to run a successful condition monitoring team, then you are ready for this course.
You will learn to diagnose all of the common fault conditions with rolling element and sleeve bearing machines, utilizing spectra, high frequency detection techniques, time waveforms, phase readings, and other techniques to diagnose faults. You will also learn machine dynamics (natural frequencies, resonance, etc.), how to perform resonance testing, and how to correct resonance problems. The course also covers the single and cross-channel measurement capabilities of your analyzer And after completing the CAT-III course, you will be able to set up and run a successful vibration program and mentor the junior analysts
CAT II certified or experienced vibration analysts ready to advance
Reliability engineers, maintenance leads, program managers
Analysts aiming for leadership in condition monitoring and diagnostics
BK Management Team believe that learning is not only about acquiring technical skills, it is also about learning behaviors & Competencies that are desirable for work in plant operation & maintenance critical dimensions. Our holistic teaching develops our delegates' personal effectiveness to function both as an individual and as a team player. The course delivery & modes of instruction will incorporate theory , practical skills and Q&A sessions. To enhance learning outcomes, theory sessions will comprise classroom based lecture that will intersperse with interactive discussions, scenario-based, case-study, group exercises, video clips, power point slides, learners' Guide and the application of various tools which will be provided to help in the delegates and participants of the learning’s objectives. With successful implementation of the learnt skills they are bound to enhance Individual & Organizational growth. For online / Interactive Virtual sessions, Delegate should have a stable & good Internet connection on his Laptop
