Certified Vibration Analysis CAT - I (Exam Preparation - Mobius Institute)

Certified Vibration Analysis CAT - I (Exam Preparation - Mobius Institute)
Summary

The Certified Vibration Analysis Level - 1 course offered by Mobius Institute is designed to provide an introduction to the field of machinery vibration analysis. The course covers the basics of vibration theory and measurement, as well as the interpretation of vibration data and the diagnosis of machinery faults.

The course is divided into three main sections. The first section covers the fundamentals of vibration, including the types of vibration, frequency analysis, and vibration measurement techniques. The second section focuses on the interpretation of vibration data, including the identification of common machinery faults such as unbalance, misalignment, and bearing defects. The final section covers the application of vibration analysis to specific types of machinery, including motors, pumps, and gearboxes.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to use vibration analysis tools and techniques to diagnose machinery faults and prevent machine failures. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to conduct basic vibration analysis and contribute to the maintenance and reliability of industrial machinery.
