Certified Vibration Analysis CAT - II (Exam Preparation - Mobius Institute)

Certified Vibration Analysis CAT - II (Exam Preparation - Mobius Institute)
Summary
The Certified Vibration Analysis Cat - 2 course offered by Mobius Institute is designed for individuals who have completed the Level 1 course and wish to further their knowledge and skills in machinery vibration analysis. The course covers advanced vibration analysis techniques, including more complex fault diagnosis and machinery troubleshooting.
The course is divided into three main sections. The first section covers advanced vibration measurement techniques, including multi-channel vibration analysis and phase analysis. The second section focuses on advanced machinery fault diagnosis, including the diagnosis of gearbox and rolling element bearing faults. The final section covers advanced machinery troubleshooting techniques, including the use of fault trees and root cause analysis.
Throughout the course, participants will learn how to use advanced vibration analysis tools and techniques to diagnose complex machinery faults and improve machine reliability. Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to conduct advanced vibration analysis and contribute to the maintenance and reliability of industrial machinery at a higher level.
