The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed to introduce participants to the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma methodology. It is the entry-level course for those who want to gain a fundamental understanding of Lean Six Sigma and how it can be applied to improve processes and eliminate waste.
The course covers topics such as the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, process mapping, data collection and analysis, root cause analysis, and basic statistical tools. Participants will also learn about the roles and responsibilities of the different team members in a Lean Six Sigma project.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to participate in Lean Six Sigma projects, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with other team members.

On successful completion of this training course, BK’s Certificate with eligible Continuing Professional Education credits (CPE), will be awarded to the delegates one CPE credit is granted per 50 minutes of attendance.
