The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is designed to introduce participants to the principles and practices of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is to provide participants with: 

  • A fundamental understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and how it can be applied to improve processes and eliminate waste.
  • Knowledge of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology and how it is used to identify and solve problems in a structured and systematic manner.
  • An understanding of basic statistical tools and how they can be used to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • The ability to identify process inefficiencies and waste, and to develop solutions to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Skills to work effectively as a member of a Lean Six Sigma project team and communicate effectively with other team members.
  • An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of different team members in a Lean Six Sigma project.
