  • Root cause analysis (RCA) is no one-time event or issuing a report to explain and define the undesired event root cause(s), it is a business process that moves from one stage to another and needs to follow an event life cycle.   • Certificate of Competency: A certificate of Competency will be issued to the attendees after passing the assessment with 80% marks.
